Wholesale & Logistics Clauses

Our wholesale partners are the backbone of Riverbend Toys. Contracts are finalized upon written confirmation and deposit. We've streamlined our bulk shipping to minimize transit risks.

What happens if a pallet arrives damaged? We share the liability with our carriers, but you'll need to report discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery to Wythe Avenue or your specific retail hub.

  • Wholesale minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply.
  • Shipping liability transfers at the point of delivery (FOB Destination).
  • Net-30 payment terms available for established accounts.

The Fine Print
